The spacious rooms with kitchenettes were great for my family, but the check-in process was a letdown, causing a bit of chaos. the complimentary breakfast was a hit, but I wish the coffee had been better. the hotel's proximity to Crabtree Mall and PNC Arena was a win, and the staff at breakfast were exceptional. the free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius was a convenient touch, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel's amenities, from the fitness center to the outdoor pool, added to the overall experience. However, the issue with my reservation and room availability put a damper on our weekend plans. Despite the setbacks, the Homewood Suites provided a comfortable base for our Raleigh adventures, and the convenience of the in-suite kitchen was a lifesaver with the kids. the location and well-kept facilities made it a pleasant stay overall, promising a relaxing visit amidst the heart of Raleigh.
